This collaboration brings you the best of both where your Foil Drive Assist PLUS becomes fully integrated with the beautifully crafted, Aluminium Project Cedrus Mast and Adaptors. For riders who wish to have a fixed motor position, upgrading to a Cedrus integration will make your riding experience smoother than ever.

The internal cable significantly reduces drag both in the water, and on re-entry, improving your efficiency, glide and hydrodynamics.

Handmade in the US, the Project Cedrus Aluminium Mast is the perfect pairing, aligning with our ethos of a product that can be used with your existing foil gear. Project Cedrus has a growing list of fuselage adaptors that allow you to ride your existing foils.

LOW VOLUME PRONE BOARDS: 

Assist and Assist PLUS kits were intended for use on larger, SUP style boards. Many foildrivers successfully use their kits on smaller, prone style boards, however, there are some things to consider. You will need to decide where you mount the box, most people put it towards the nose of the board. This is because the antenna to the controller must remain above water. There is a lot of great content on Youtube from several creators.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL NOTES:
Want to take your Foil Drive Assist PLUS on holidays with you? With the Small 4.2ah batteries, now you can! The Small Battery (120.9wh) is under the 160wh energy limit for airline travel.
When flying on your chosen airline, be sure to contact them well before you fly as you will need prior approval to fly with the Small 4.2ah battery. Most airlines will allow a maximum of 3x spare batteries and generally must be in carry-on luggage. However please confirm with your airline first! 

Batteries will need to be below 30% State of Charge (SOC) and have both charge and discharge plugs protected with electrical tape with each battery in its lipo bag for protection. (This advice is generic and must be confirmed with your airline. DG rules are taken extremely seriously and must not be broken.)

Grab one of our Small Battery Parallel Y Leads to join 2x Small 4.2ah Batteries together in order to create the capacity and run time of the Medium 8.4ah battery. This is perfect for traveling!
