The first version of the SK8 took the foiling world by storm, quickly becoming the go-to choice for surf foilers and wing foilers alike. Kite foilers also enjoyed its high top-speed and glide-y feeling, while downwind riders loved its ability to playfully carve in the bumps in the open ocean, making this foil the most versatile on the market.

F-ONE is now back with the latest SK8, offering everything you loved about the original, but even better thanks to its new and optimized carbon layup bringing tenfold sensations on the water.

Built using the Monobloc structure with pre-preg carbon, the foils are both very light and strong. This setup brings improved load transmission and better stiffness throughout the different parts for maximum control. The High Modulus Carbon fiber layup leads to even more rigidity and dependability that will propel you to incredible performances in each session. The TITAN connection allows to plug in either an aluminum or carbon mast.

SK8 V2 FRONT WINGS:

Thanks to in-depth research, rigorous testing and the know-how of our R&D team, the SK8's new carbon layup delivers higher speeds while guaranteeing perfect control and greater stability.

Turns become smoother, rail-to-rail transitions more precise, and the foil’s roll motion is improved, offering exceptional maneuverability. More predictable, the new SK8 delivers constant power, making it super intuitive to control.

The use of High Modulus Carbon, integrated into F-ONE's Dynamic Structural Design, leads to even more rigidity and dependability. Finally, this layup has been finely tuned and optimized so that each foil size can deliver the best performance.

The SK8 has been designed to surf. Its overall shape provides a fine balance between glide and maneuverability, which allows the user to tear a wave apart and then pump back to the peak effortlessly.

It doesn’t just turn. It carves. Maneuverability is nothing without power, speed and control. Lay into turns with ease and speed, push through the carve and see how the SK8 holds a steady line and delivers even more speed.

It is meant to stay in the pocket. With specific wingtips design, the SK8 is able to hit white water without too many turbulence, allowing surf-style turns and breaching pretty much any part of the foil.

SPECIFICATIONS:

REAR WING & FUSELAGE (MONOBLOC TAIL CARVING)

The SK8 V2 comes in seven sizes, ranging from 550cm² to 1150cm². The 550, 650 and 750cm² are recommended with the Monobloc Tail XXXS Carving 160. The 850cm² will be at its best when paired with the Monobloc Tail XXXS Carving 180, and the 950cm², 1050cm² & 1150cm² with the Monobloc Tail XXS Carving 200.

With a thin profile and higher aspect ratio, this Carving range is the way to go if you need speed and maneuverability. Using the XXXS 160cm², XXXS 180cm², or XXS 200cm² Monobloc Tails will provide a looser, more snappy feeling, as well as a faster pumping pace.

The monobloc construction improves stiffness and reduces turbulence by eliminating connections and providing a more streamlined design. This premium connection will make any foil more playful, more stable, and faster. The monobloc also removes two screws; you’ll be on the water faster!

The High Modulus Carbon fiber layup used for these Monobloc Tails leads to even more rigidity and dependability that will propel you to incredible performances in each session.

MAST (ALUMINIUM OPTION)

The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. 

The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another.  A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).
